CVS Paid Me This Week

I was able to collect $20 ECBs last week!  I went to CVS today mainly for the milk and the laundry detergent.  Unfortunately, I was only able to buy one laundry detergent as it was the last one.  The other stuff was just a good deal.

• Milk was priced at $3.69.  Buy 1 gallon and receive $1 ECB for a final cost of $2.69 Limit of 2 so I may go back later in the week to pick up another gallon.  Great price for milk!
• Purex laundry detergent is on sale for $1.98.  Use the $1/1 coupon from the Sunday paper for a low price of $0.98.  Limit of 4.
• Trident Vitality or Stride Spark gum priced at $0.99. Buy one get $0.99 ECB.  I picked up 2 packs of the Stride Spark and used a coupon for $1/2 to receive both for FREE!
• Revlon nail polish priced at $4.99.  Buy 1 receive $4 ECB. Nail polish for $0.99.
• Chips Ahoy was marked down 75% off.
• Lays Wavy Chips were marked down to $1.99.
• I picked up 4 8pk red/white/blue glow sticks for the 4th of July since we will have family here for the holiday.  They were $1.99 each.  Just something fun for the kids.
• Crystal Light Lemonade Packets $3.89.  Use the CVS coupon for $1/1 for a final cost $2.89.
• CVS shave gel were on sale for $1.19 each.

My total sale after coupons cost $30.12.  After all my ECBs I paid $5.12 out of pocket and collected $6 ECBs to use on my next trip!  Not bad!

May 9th CVS Trip

I didn't post my last weeks shopping trip.  It was a great week for collecting ECBs that I was able to use today.  I had about $8 ECB from last week plus I earned another $5 ECB from the CVS Beauty Club.  You earn ECB after spending $50 on beauty products which includes hair care items.  It is easy to spend $50 on these beauty items.  So today I bought the following for $8.30...

• First, I took advantage of the CoverGirl deal.  Spend $10 get $3 ECB.  Scan your CVS card at the magic coupon machine this week to get a $3 off any $10 cosmetic purchase.  Plus, use the manufacturer coupon for $2.50/2 CoverGirl items.  I bought 2 foundations priced at $6.99 each.  With the coupons and ECB my total for 2 bottles of foundations was...$5.48!  Less than the cost of one foundation at full price!
• Kellogg's cereal is on sale for $1.97.  Use the MC for $1.50/3 for a final cost of $1.47 per box! 
• 24 Pack b Bottled Water is on sale for $2.22.  A great price for bottled water! 
• McArthur Milk is priced at $3.19 a gallon.  Buy one and receive $1 ECB.  Limit of 2 with this offer!  I bought 2 gallons for $3.19 each and received $2 ECBs for a final cost of $2.19 per gallon! 
• Duncan Hines Brownie Mix is priced at 10 for $10 some stores priced at 12 for $10.  Use the MC $0.50/1 for a final cost of $0.50 for a box of brownies!  (Note: this is a small box but makes 12 brownies).
• Xtra laundry detergent is on sale for $1.49.  I bought one to beef up my supply.
• Claritin Reditabs 10ct $8.99.  I received a coupon for a free box of 10 ct Claritin for buying 2 20ct. boxes.  This is a great deal that CVS is offering through summer.  For each 20 ct Claritin you buy you receive a coupon for a free 10 ct box of Claritin.  Pair your 20 ct Claritin purchases with CVS coupons and manufacturer coupons for low prices.  Andrew has enough Claritin to get him through Sept and I didn't pay full price for any of it!  

When the cashier scanned my products the total came up over $43!  After all of my coupons and ECBs, I only paid $13.30 out of pocket and received $5 ECBs to use next week.  This makes everything pictured above $8.30!
